October

With October comes the annual Deer Hunt in Moab. But this year there was a bonus event-Max & Jan's farewell on Halloween! So, we let Daddy leave for the deer hunt and joined him in Moab a few days later for a long visit.

We got to Moab on Ben's birthday, but since Grandma & Grandpa were going to miss Erin & Maddy's upcoming birthdays we had a triple birthday party!

I'd have to say that this is Erin's all-time favorite gift...a stroller for her baby!

The party included a trip to McDonald's for lunch, then we went to Hole in the Rock which has a small petting zoo. We had a GREAT time!
After the Birthday celebrating was done, it was time to move on to Halloween!
Here's our little construction worker and kitty. We went to a HUGE trunk-or-treat. It was awesome and quick!
This is actually before the Moab trip, we carved a pumpkin at home. The kids didn't care much for getting that pumpkin goop on their hands.
